Habitat (Human habitat)

Habitat (Human habitat)

Is defined as any of the conditions in which people live. Also all human settlements in villages, towns or major cities, which require environmental management to provide water, public spaces, remove public wastes, etc.

The original meaning of ‘‘habitat’’ as ‘‘space for developing habits’’ should be recovered: the human habitat should be seen as an ethical and social space ‘‘built’’ in a temporal-historical process of developing learning and capabilities, which, contrary to physical space, can be shared and is not finite.
