The Industrial Symbiosis Index (ISI) is an index showing how well waste is being reused based on factors like regulations, hazards, usability, and problems associated with each waste type.

Higher ISI means better environmental performance (more reuse, less landfill). 

It is used in the k-SDSS Agent-based modelling.
